Presented during the Calgary Winter Olympic Games. Spectators lined the banks of the Bow River, which forms the south boundary of our community, to view a major fireworks display by French artist Pierre-Alain Hubert. An original sound track was composed and recorded by local residents Paul Woodrow and Warren Gysi. A 20-minute videotape was produced documenting the event.
